FIVE POINTS FITNESS is fully equipped strength and conditioning exercise facility. Our training staff believes in educating the client in exercise physiology and safety--not just leading a routine, but providing educated fitness. Every training program addresses flexibility, endurance and strength development, providing each client with a well-rounded regimen structured to meet his or her goals. FIVE POINTS FITNESS trainers are experienced with clients from 17-70 years old, pre- and post-natal, cardiac rehabilitation, ready to make each experience unique and rewarding. Our training staff will provide you a safe exercise routine, sport specific training and a new commitment to a healthy body.
